Welcome to The Bridge!
We're glad you're here!
We gather every Sunday at 10 AM for our weekly worship service. All are welcome to attend, and we would love for you to join us.
During most of the year, we get together during the week in Community Groups throughout Alton and Godfrey as well. Click here for more details on those.
Sunday Worship Gatherings
When & Where
Every week we gather to pray the Gospel, sing the Gospel, preach the Gospel, and respond to the Gospel. Gospel means "good news" and we herald the good news of great joy that Jesus came to make all things new. We seek to make much of Jesus, the One who built the most significant bridge, so we could know God. As of now, we gather once each weekend: Sundays at 10 AM.

What to Expect
We know attending a new church for the first time can be overwhelming. We want you to feel at home at The Bridge, so here is what to expect on a typical Sunday...
The morning begins with coffee and donuts—a great time to connect at The Bridge or head to your seat in the sanctuary. After a brief welcome from the Pastor, we worship through song and Scripture together. Children (birth–5th grade) are then dismissed to Children’s Church with prayer. Pastor Steven shares a message from God’s Word, and we close with prayer, a final song, and a short benediction that reminds us to make much of Jesus.
Every first and third Sunday, we take Communion together as a part of our worship service.
We usually wrap up around 11:30 am. Dress is casual. Come as you are, and we pray you'll be challenged, encouraged, and see Jesus lifted up.
Parking
Parking is available on all of the streets surrounding The Bridge: E. 12th, Langdon, Henry, E. 13th, and the side streets. There are handicapped spots available near the front left entrance.
Bridge Kids
If you have children (birth through 5th grade), you have the option to register them for Children's Church when you arrive. They are invited to join our nursery workers and teachers in another part of the church midway through the time of worship. For more information on Bridge Kids, click here.
Connect
If you have questions when you arrive, look for those with Bridge name tags. These are our friendly volunteers ready to welcome you and answer any questions you might have.
